Terms and Conditions

• Please note we will send you notification when your order is ready.  You will receive an additional email communication that your order is READY FOR PICKUP.
• Pre-Order items can take up to 30 business days for fulfillment.
• This order is available for pickup only, shipping is not available
• Order must be picked up within 14 days from the date on READY FOR PICKUP notice sent via the email address provided when the order is ready.
• Orders not picked-up within 14 days will be refunded minus a 10% restock fee.
• This item is not eligible for discounts.
• Pickup location will be at CITY Pavilion.

Parking
Street parking is typically available on Chestnut, 21^st and 20^th Streets. For additional spots, the Union Station lot is also available.
